This is a fantastic mommies group located in the greater Washington DC metro area. Even if you don’t have time to go to any of the events, this free group (donations gratefully accepted) has a wealth of information posted in its forums. I am the leader of Woodbridge sub-group.

I used to get this magazine all the time, courtesy of my awesome Mom. When my subscription ran out I contemplated renewing but realized that everything in the magazine is online anyway. They have some great articles in there!

Scholastic Books
In addition to books, the website offers resources for parents, kids and teachers.
Lakeshore Learning Center
All sorts of great stuff for sale to teach your little, but the real good stuff are all the free activities and lesson plans available in their free resources section. Good stuff.
