WE HAVE A HOUSE!!!!!!!
As of today Garrick and I are homeowners! We were supposed to close two days ago, but ran into some problems because of Garrick’s new job. We were able to overcome the problems and got the keys to our first home at about three fifteen today! We are driving down to the house right now to drop off a gift basket our realtor, Mary, gave us and to take some pictures and video of the house for our family in New York to see. I’ll post some of that here.

You have jumped over the hurdles with flying colors! This is where some people lay down and stare longingly accross the fence at what they could have had if they had perservered. I am so proud of you both. I hope you have many happy years in your new home. We will see it soon
