The Signs of the Changing Season
I think the thing I love most about Fall is the definite change of the season. Winter to Spring, Spring to Summer and Fall to Winter just aren’t the same. When Fall rolls around, it feels just so nice and you can feel the change in the air more than any other season. A few days ago we were out on our family walk and I noticed one of the trees in our neighborhood is starting to change its leaves to red. I pointed it out to my husband and he was surprised. Yesterday morning I took the kids out for a walk. When I first stepped outside I was kind of surprised that the temperature was so cool. It’s also been so windy the past two days, and this morning when it was raining it definitely wasn’t that Summer rain that I love so much. It’s the kind of rain that feels sad, like it’s time to say goodbye to the warm weather.
